You can acknowledge that you received a subpoena and were responsive to it.  This subpoena did not have a clause prohibiting you from notifying the target, but we do request that you do not notify the target.  If it is your policy to publish a subpoena then feel free to do so (username redacted).  As far as a Grand Jury is concerned, you are a Custodian of Records (COR) related to the email records requested.
